All apartment reservations require a prepayment of 100% of the total rental amount.

Refund Policy:
In case of reservation cancellation up to 7 days before the planned arrival, we refund 100% of the paid booking deposit.
Cancellation later than 7 days before arrival results in the loss of the paid booking deposit.

Stay Policies:
The maximum number of guests in the apartment must not exceed the quantity specified in the reservation.
Guests are required to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Violation of this rule will incur a cleaning fee for additional areas.
Losing the garage gate remote control will result in a financial penalty of 200 PLN.
Organizing parties and events is strictly prohibited.
Check-in and Check-out:
The check-in time starts at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Guests are required to thoroughly inspect the condition of the apartment during check-in and report any damages to the staff.
